Boarding & Grooming

Our canine boarding facility includes sheltered kennels for sleeping in, and an outdoor play area where the dogs can run and play freely with the other dogs. Boarding cats are housed in our secure outdoor cattery where they can also socialise freely if they are so inclined. Our staff are always nearby to supervise. During their stay, your pet will receive food and water, and regular check-ins from our staff. We encourage owners to leave their pets with a few personal items for their comfort, including blankets, toys and/or a bed. We understand that some pets are just picky eaters. If this is the case, you are welcome to also drop them off with their usual food for the duration of their stay.

If your pet has any special requirements, please let us know at the time of booking.

We also offer professional grooming services at our clinic. Your pet will enjoy the luxury of a thorough wash, with parasite-repellent shampoo and a tidy fur trim if desired. We also offer nail trimming and ear cleaning during the grooming appointment. If your pet is boarding with us, they will be groomed before being handed back to you, spick and span. For a stress-free grooming experience, our staff are also available to guide you on how to acclimate your pet to grooming at home. This will make them more relaxed during their appointment and minimise the risk of injury to our staff.
